"I was recommended Home and Maintenance by a friend of mine. I invited him to my flat to look at my bathroom and give me a quote for some plumbing and decorating work that needed to be carried out.

He gave me an immediate quote and kept to that price. He advised me beforehand what needed to be done to fix the problem and what items he needed to buy for me to get the job done. He was very thorough in completing the work. He worked the whole day until the job was completed and when he was finished he made sure everything was put back the way it was meant to be. At the end of the day the bathroom was left spotless and working perfectly.

Simon, what a treasure! He helped us refresh our centre that went a bit sad and overgrown over the lockdown. He replaced broken door handles and installed coat hangers, fixed doors, replaced announcement board plexiglass, booked the recycling centre couple of times for us and took away loads of rubbish, big and small (including a big 3-seater sofa). He also cleaned the gutters and fixed the fence, trimmed the bamboo, de-weeded the garden and power-washed the whole garden area bit. He was quick, efficient and affordable, while a pleasure to deal with! We'll be booking him in future if any work will come up, as he proved himself to be a fantastic all-rounder.

I booked Simon to take away old blinds and install new ones, which required a complete removal of the old blind rail and installing a new one in.
